You can send us an official complaint about the quality of the realized tour product on request in 3 ways:

1. By mail or courier to the address: Minsk, Y. Kolasa 73/3.

2. By e-mail: [email protected]

The following documents should be attached when sending:

- an official claim from the tourist, written and signed in his/her own handwriting, indicating full name, number of the application and date of compilation;

- a cover letter from the travel agent stating the essence of the claim, containing the date of compilation, tourists' full name, application number. This letter must be certified by an authorized person of the travel agent and stamped;

- documents confirming the facts stated in the claim (photos, video materials, receipts for additional expenses, etc.);

- confirmation sheet;

- payment documents;

- contact details of the manager (full name, tel., e-mail address) for feedback.

In case of absence of a full package of documents and a signed claim by the tourist, the appeals are not accepted!

Claims are sent to the Tour Operator immediately on the day after receiving the relevant application from the tourist.

Claims are subject to consideration within 14 days from the date of receipt.

If the claim is decided to provide any compensation and the tourist is satisfied with the decision on the claim, the agent should send a written agreement on pre-trial settlement of the dispute, written and signed by the tourist himself.
