What to do if you made a mistake when entering data in the application form

If after booking and confirming the order you have found out that you made a mistake in spelling the surname / name or passport data when entering the client's data, our employees will make changes without penalties*. Create a request for the order from the Personal Area with the correct customer data in text format. In some cases a copy of the document may be required.

*Does not apply to GDS tours and ticket bookings. In this case we have to act according to airline rules.

  • error in the customer field MR / MRS - according to airline regulations, is not considered a critical error and does not require correction.

  • errors in the surname / name, passport number, date of birth - are essential and require reissue of the ticket for a surcharge according to the airline's norms.

  • in case of a complete change of the client's surname/name - a rebooking of the ticket is required at the current airline fare with possible FPR according to the airline's rules for the old ticket.
