What to do if the hotel has not been confirmed yet and the time limit is running out

In this situation we have several options:

  • By agreement with you, we separate requests for hotel services airfare and ground handling. We open for you the possibility of payment of the air ticket request. After payment we issue the air ticket and in parallel we wait for hotel confirmation. In case of rejection, we select a similar product at the current price. If the client does not agree to alternative hotel options, the tickets remain yours. In case of cancelation of the application with the air ticket, the FPRs according to the airline's terms and conditions apply.

  • After the time limit has expired, we rebook the tickets at the new cost (it may remain the same or may change) and wait for a response from the hotel.
