In order to minimize OPF, in particular, if the air ticket on regular flights is included, in case of forced cancellation, medical documents must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of cancellation, but not later than the date of departure. In case of failure to submit the documents within the specified period - air tickets are canceled according to the rules of the applied tariff.
